First Impressions

I used to work for the guvmint "investigating" police misconduct. I have interviewed a lot of cops who did a lot of crappy, stupid things. And this is one thing I know: "I do not recall" = I AM LYING/I AM COVERING SOMETHING UP. And if I know that? You can be damned sure Fitzgerald knows it too.

I read that Judy Miller article and I swear to god, and at every crucial moment, she does not recall.
